• Customers are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner towards our drivers and other passengers.
• Any behavior deemed disruptive, offensive, or illegal may result in the termination of the transportation service, and the customer may be held liable for any associated costs or damages.

Refund Policy

• Service Disruption: In the event that we are unable to fulfill a booking due to circumstances within our control, such as vehicle unavailability or driver unavailability, customers will be entitled to a full refund of any payments made.
Refund Process:
• Request for Refund: To request a refund, customers must contact us within a reasonable timeframe and provide the necessary details, such as the booking reference number and or reason for the refund request.
• Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and issued to the original payment method used for the booking, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Non-Refundable Fees:
• Booking Fees: Any non-refundable booking fees or processing fees charged at the time of booking are not eligible for refund.
• Third-Party Charges: We are not responsible for refunding any fees or charges imposed by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
Discretionary Refunds:
• Exceptional Circumstances: In certain exceptional circumstances, we may offer discretionary refunds outside of our standard refund policy. Any such refunds will be granted at our sole discretion.
